I finally found you again!  I had downloaded a series of photos you'd done of Kapiha(?) a while back (nearly a year ago now) to use as the avatar images on a website I created for my Design Technology class this school year.  I have to apologize because I've been using them for several months. I was going back through my notes and realized I had intended to contact you for permission over the summer, but never did.  Then I had a devil of a time finding you again because I incorrectly recorded the creator as "nymphetamine" instead of MarijaBerjoza.  Finally occurred to me to do a google search for image...duh.

So, here is the scoop. These images, on my website, represent Ms. Nolat, who is the owner of Nolat Labs, a fictional business for whom students in my classes are employees.  Ms. Nolat writes us a weekly newsletter about Design Technology contests, events, news, and excitement from around the world that she finds during her travels.  She never makes it to our class in person, unfortunately, but keeps us informed.  She also occasionally writes personal notes to the students or gives us a job to do for one of the clients she visits.  You can see this at my website, nolatlabs.com - click on "The Daily" for her newsletter.

My deepest apologies for not having contacted you before starting the school year.  Is it Ok to continue using these images, or would you prefer I take them down?
